1. आपके बच्चे का रजिस्ट्रेशन (पंजीकरण) कन्फर्म होने पर ही आप उसको शिविर में भेजें।
2. रजिस्ट्रेशन (पंजीकरण) से संबंधित किसी भी तरह की जानकारी न होने पर, शिविर मे आने के पहले संपर्क करें।
3. शिविर के दौरान बच्चे से मोबाईल फोन पर बात करना मना है।
4. शिविर के दौरान माता-पिता, पालकों/अभिभावकों, परिचित रिश्तेदारों का बच्चे से मिलना या शिविर स्थल में आना मना है।
5. यदि शिविर में आने के तुरंत पहले बच्चा बीमार हुआ है तो कृपया उसको शिविर में ना भेजें। यदि भेजना चाहते हैं तो कृपया पहले से उसकी बीमारी के बारे में सूचित करें।
6. यदि आपका बच्चा पहली बार किसी आवासीय शिविर मे शामिल हो रहा है, या आपसे अलग नहीं रह पाता है तो कृपया बच्चे को शिविर में अकेले रहने के लिए मानसिकरूप से तैयार करें। उसको बताएं इस दौरान फोन पर बात करने की या मिलने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
7. हमारे समर्पित और कुशल स्वयंसेवक/कार्यकर्ता आपके बच्चे की home-sickness (आपसे/घर से अलग न रह पाने की कमजोरी) को संभाल सकते हैं, अतः आप घबराएं मत, अपने बच्चे और हमारी टीम पर विश्वास रखें।
8. यदि आपका बालक (बिना किसी मेडिकल या अन्य आपातकाल के) शिविर बीच में छोड़ता है, तो आपके बालक को 1 वर्ष के लिए (अगले) शिविर के लिए अपात्र कर दिया जाएगा। शिविर बीच में छोड़ने की दशा में आपको 500/- की राशि शिविर फंड में जमा करनी होगी।

1. Send your child to the camp only after the registration has been confirmed by us.
2. If you do not have any information related to the registration, please contact us before coming to the camp.
3. During the camp, parents/relatives are not allowed to talk to their ward on mobile phones.
4. During the camp, parents / guardians / relatives are not allowed to meet the child or enter the camp premises.
5. If the child has been ill / undergoing any treatment just before coming to the camp, please do not send him/her. If you still wish to send him/her, please inform us in advance about the illness/treatment.
6. If your child is attending a residential camp for the first time or finds it difficult to stay away from you, please mentally prepare the child to stay alone at the camp. Explain to him/her that they will not be allowed to talk on the phone or meet you during this period.
7. Our dedicated and skilled volunteers/workers are capable of handling children’s homesickness. Therefore, do not worry—have faith in your child and on our team.
8. If your child leaves the camp midway (without any medical or other emergency), the child will be disqualified from attending the camp for the next 1 year. In such a case, you will also need to deposit ₹500 into the camp fund.
